Montville Youth Service Bureau offers a latch key prevention program for residents of Montville grades 4 through 12. (Your child may not be registered in our program until they have completed third grade.) Registration forms must be filled out and returned in person to participate.
In order to be placed on the waiting list, parents must fill out the registration form and drop it off to the office between the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm. MYSB does not accept faxed/emailed copies.

Once a spot is opened up you will be notified.

In order for your child to get the most out of our After School Program, we ask that your child/children attend the program AT LEAST three (3) days per week. If your child is not participating in the full three days per week for special circumstances, i.e., vacations, illness, extracurricular activities, we ask that they attend one (1) day per week. It is your responsibility as a parent, to notify staff if your child will be out for an extended period of time, or will be participating in extracurricular activities.

Again, Montville Youth Service Bureau does NOT accept faxed copies of the registration form. A parent/guardian must drop the registration form to Youth Services between the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm.
